# Custom Ad Template Request

> Request custom ad templates tailored to your ABM campaign needs.

## **Requesting a Custom Ad Template**

> **Important:**
> Any **non-dynamic visual elements** (icons, gradients, styled text, shapes, etc.) must be **embedded directly into the base template**. These cannot be modified dynamically later.

## What to Submit?

### **1. Base Template**

* Share the **background design only**
* Remove all **editable text, CTA text, and CTA button**
* Keep all **fixed elements** intact (logos, icons, shapes, gradients, etc.)

### **2. Reference Template**

* Provide a sample showing the **expected final design**
* This helps align structure, spacing, and visual hierarchy
* **Example:**

### **3. Font Specifications**

Define styling clearly for each editable element:

* Font family (e.g., Alibaba Sans)
* Font weight (Regular, Medium, Bold, etc.)
* Font size
* Font color (HEX code)

**Example:**

* Hookline: Alibaba Sans (Medium), Size 80, Color #2C2C2C
* CTA Text: Alibaba Sans (Regular), Size 28, Color #2C2C2C

### **4. Personalization Areas**

* Clearly indicate where dynamic variables should appear

### **5. CTA Rules**

* CTA supports **text only**
* If you need icons/symbols within the CTA:
  * Include the **entire CTA (text + icon)** as part of the **base template**
  * This makes it **non-editable (static)**

### **6. Dimensions**

* Template size must be **1080 × 1080 pixels**

## **Design Limitations**

* Avoid using **multiple fonts** within a single text field
* Avoid using **multiple colors** within a single text field
* Avoid **gradients in dynamic text**
  * Gradients are allowed **only as static elements** in the base template
